Happy Easter

I let Macy dress herself and on that particular day she wanted to wear her boots and shorts with a long sleeve shirt. I could not help but laugh and you can see what her reaction was to me! She did not care what I thought.
The kids started Easter Morning with their buckets. They received Easter sweaters/flannel this year. After our morning of eating candy, finding eggs and eating those too we went over to Aunt Shelle's to color more eggs to hind and find. The kids took turns coloring eggs so when they were not coloring eggs they were posing for pictures! The kids wanted nicknames, so we were calling Issac "Curley" because when he was little and even now I called him Issac Curley Turley. Jo wanted to be called "Josie" and Katie wanted to be called "Rosie" because her middle name is Rose. So any way you will see half of "Rosie's" face because she wanted me to make sure I had a picture of her with her hat!
After the second round of hiding eggs Freida discovered that not all of the eggs that were colored were boiled! That did not stop her from putting an egg on top on the shed door. Poor Macy almost opened the shed door to look for eggs when Freida thankfully stopped her.
After the egg hunts Grandma gave a lesson on Jesus' ressurection and gave the kids pictures to color. It was all a lot of fun.
